Meta-analysis on influence of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation on recovery of gastrointestinal function in parturients after cesarean section

经皮穴位电刺激对剖宫产产妇术后胃肠功能恢复影响的meta分析

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in parturients after cesarean section by meta-analysis. Methods The randomized controlled trials about TEAS on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in parturients after cesarean section were searched from The Cochrane Library, PubMed, Web of Science, EMbase, VIP, CNKI, WanFang Data, and China Biology Medicine disc (CBM) from their establishment to February 27, 2022. The RevMan5.3 software was used to conduct meta-analysis on the included literatures. Results Eight literatures were included, with 851 parturients who took cesarean section. Meta-analysis showed that compared with routine nursing or sham TEAS, TEAS could shorten the first exhaust time (MD=-6.97, 95%CI -9.92--4.02, P<0.000 01), the first defecation time (MD=-12.61,95%CI -20.69--4.53,P=0.002), and bowel sound recovery time,(MD=-3.32, 95%CI -4.76--1.88, P<0.000 01), and reduce the incidences of postoperative abdominal distension (RR=0.44, 95%CI 0.27-0.69, P=0.000 4) and nausea and vomiting (RR=0.39, 95%CI 0.26-0.58, P<0.000 01) and hospital stay (SMD=-0.65, 95%CI -0.83--0.46, P<0.000 01). Conclusion TEAS is helpful to the recovery of gastrointestinal function after cesarean section, but due to the small number of included literatures, follow-up related studies are still needed to further confirm it.

摘要: 目的 运用meta分析综合评价经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)对剖宫产产妇术后胃肠功能恢复的干预效果。方法 运用计算机检索从建库到2022年2月27日发表在The Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science、EMbase、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(WanFang Data)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)上的关于经皮穴位电刺激对剖宫产产妇术后胃肠功能恢复的随机对照试验。运用RevMan5.3软件对最终符合要求的文献进行meta分析。结果 本meta分析共纳入8篇文献,851例剖宫产产妇。meta分析显示,相比于常规护理或假TEAS,TEAS能缩短剖宫产产妇术后肛门首次排气时间(MD=-6.97,95%CI -9.92~-4.02,P<0.000 01)、首次排便时间(MD=-12.61,95%CI -20.69~-4.53,P=0.002)及肠鸣音恢复时间(MD=-3.32,95%CI -4.76~-1.88,P<0.000 01),同时降低术后腹胀发生率(RR=0.44,95%CI 0.27~0.69,P=0.000 4)与恶心呕吐发生率(RR=0.39,95%CI 0.26~0.58,P<0.000 01),并且缩短了住院时间(SMD=-0.65,95%CI -0.83~-0.46,P<0.000 01)。结论 TEAS在剖宫产产妇术后胃肠功能恢复方面起到明显促进作用,但由于纳入文献数量偏少,后续仍需要进行相关研究来进一步证实。
