巨大乳腺腺鳞癌1例并文献复习

Abstract

Abstract:

Objective　To explore the clinical manifestations, pathological characteristics, treatment, and prognosis of a patient with giant breast adenosquamous carcinoma, and to deepen the understanding. Methods　The clinical data of a patient with giant breast adenosquamous carcinoma admitted into Shanxian Central Hospital in June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed, and the related literatures were reviewed to summarize the pathological characteristics, differential diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis. Results　The patient underwent left enlarged breast resection, axillary lymph node dissection, and chest wound flap metastasis, and was diagnosed with high-grade adenosquamous carcinoma after the surgery, and no metastases in axillary lymph nodes was found. Conclusions　The clinical characteristics and differential diagnosis of breast adenosquamous carcinoma are not different from other breast carcinoma. Surgery is the main treatment, and whether adjuvant chemotherapy is needed after surgery is not confirmed.

摘要： 目的　探讨1例巨大乳腺腺鳞癌患者的临床表现、病理特点、治疗及预后情况，以加深对其的认识。方法　回顾性分析2021年6月单县中心医院收治的1例巨大乳腺腺鳞癌患者的临床资料，并复习相关文献总结病理特点、鉴别诊断及治疗预后情况。结果　该患者行左侧乳腺扩大切除加腋窝淋巴结清扫和胸部创面皮瓣转移术，术后诊断乳腺高级别腺鳞癌，腋窝淋巴结未见癌转移。结论　乳腺腺鳞癌的临床特点、鉴别诊断与其他乳腺癌无特殊，治疗上以手术为主，术后是否需行辅助化疗，目前尚无定论。
