团队强化式教育对体检新发高血压患者专科就诊依从性的影响

Influence of intensive team education on specialized medical compliance of patients with new hypertension in physical examination

摘要:

目的 探讨团队强化式教育对体检新发高血压患者专科就诊依从性的影响。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年12月在广州市第一人民医院体检新发高血压患者(即体检首次发现为高血压患者)64例作为研究对象。其中,2021年1月至12月采用传统教育方法的31例为对照组,2022年1月至12月采用团队强化式教育方法的33例为试验组。对照组:男21例,女10例,年龄28~58(41.65±8.47)岁;试验组:男21例,女12例,年龄25~59(41.42±8.02)岁。自设调查问卷对两组患者进行知识掌握度和专科就诊依从性进行调查,对比两组高血压疾病知识知晓率和到心血管专科就诊依从性。统计学方法采用t检验与χ2检验。结果 试验组高血压疾病知识知晓率优于对照组[(96.97±7.28)分比(82.58±12.37)分],差异有统计学意义(t=-5.711,P<0.05)。试验组按时到心血管专科就诊的依从性明显优于对照组[84.84%(28/33)比48.38%(15/31)],差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.639,P<0.05)。结论 对体检出新发高血压患者采取团队强化式教育可以提高患者疾病知识知晓率及专科就诊依从性,从而提高新发高血压患者的治疗率。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the effect of intensive team education on specialized medical compliance of patients with new hypertension in physical examination. Methods Sixty-four patients diagnosed with hypertension by physical examination the first time in Guangzhou First People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects. The 31 patients who took traditional education from January to December 2021 were set as a control group; the rest 33 patients who took intensive team education from January to December 2022 were set as an experimental group. There were 21 males and 10 females in the control group; they were 28-58 (41.65±8.47) years old. There were 21 males and 12 females in the experimental group; they were 25-59 (41.42±8.02) years old. The knowledge mastery and specialty compliance of the two groups were investigated by the self-administered questionnaire. The hypertension knowledge awareness rates and the compliance to cardiovascular specialty were compared between the two groups. t and χ2 tests were applied. Results The hypertension knowledge awareness rate in the experimental group was better than that in the control group [(96.97±7.28) vs. (82.58±12.37)], with a statistical difference (t=-5.711, P<0.05). The compliance to cardiovascular specialty in the experimental group was better than that in the control group [84.84% (28/33) vs. 48.38% (15/31)], with a statistical difference (χ2=9.639, P<0.05). Conclusion Intensive team education for patients with new onset of hypertension in physical examination can improve their disease knowledge awareness rate and specialist compliance, and improve the treatment rate of patients with newly onset hypertension.
