摘要:

糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病常见的并发症,与糖尿病患者的病死率增加密切相关。炎症反应是DN发生发展的重要环节。核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)炎症小体作为近些年研究最深入的炎症小体,其异常的活化也被证明与DN的进展呈正相关。本文主要对NLRP3炎症小体在DN中的发病机制及研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:

Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is one of the most common and serious complications of diabetes and is associated with increased mortality in patients with diabetes. Inflammation is an important part of the development of DN. Nucleotide-binding oligomerizing domain-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome is the most deeply studied inflammasome in recent years, and its abnormal activation has also been shown to be positively correlated with the progression of DN. This article mainly reviews the pathogenesis and research progress of NLRP3 inflammasome in DN.
