摘要/Abstract

摘要：

自体脂肪移植在整形外科逐渐受到追捧，其在相关整形外科的临床研究中已获得越来越多的证据支持。自体脂肪移植以其良好的生物兼容性、可利用性、供区易获取性以及外观自然等优点成为美容外科广泛应用的处理方式。本文主要讨论自体脂肪移植的基本原理及其在面部（面部轮廓、鼻）、乳房、臀部整形及重建手术中的研究进展，并深入探讨自体脂肪移植局限性、常见并发症以及潜在的未来应用，以期为自体脂肪移植技术的进一步应用和推广提供思路和指导。

Abstract:

Autologous fat transplantation is gradually becoming popular in plastic surgery, and it has been supported by increasing evidences in the clinical research of related plastic surgery. Autologous fat transplantation is widely used in cosmetic surgery with its good biological compatibility, availability, easy access to the donor area, natural appearance, and other advantages. This paper mainly discusses the basic principles of autologous fat transplantation and its research progress in facial (facial contour and nose), breast, and hip plastic surgery and reconstruction surgery, and deeply explores the limitations, common complications, and potential future applications of autologous fat transplantation to provide ideas and guidance for the further application and promotion of autologous fat transplantation technology.
