叙事护理在临床应用中的优劣势简析

Abstract

Abstract:

Based on the internal and external determinants and development strategies of narrative nursing in clinical application in China, this paper discusses the internal advantages and disadvantages of narrative nursing in clinical application in Guangzhou Institute of Dermatology. The advantages of narrative nursing mainly include the theme in personal narrative, diversity of narrative methods, comprehensive health promotion, and humanistic communication between nurses and patients. The shortcomings include the unclear definition, lack of standardized implementation process and structure, and overall time cost. Narrative nursing has both advantages and disadvantages in clinical application in China. It is proposed to seize the opportunity to overcome the shortcomings, strengthen the education, optimize the allocation of human resources, return to the nursing core, create the narrative nursing ecology, and support the research on further development of narrative nursing in China.

摘要：

本文基于叙事护理在中国临床应用中的内外部决定因素以及发展策略，探讨叙事护理在广州市皮肤病防治所临床应用中的内在优缺点。总结出叙事护理的优点主要包括个人叙事的主题、叙事方法的多样性、综合健康促进和护士与患者的人文沟通；缺点包括定义不清、缺乏标准化的实施过程和结构、总的时间成本。最后得出以下结论：叙事护理在中国临床应用中既有优势，也有不足；提出抓住机遇克服不足，加强教育，优化人力资源配置，回归护理本心，创造叙事护理生态，支持研究进一步发展中国叙事护理。
