Abstract: Epidermoid cyst of mandible is rare, could be misdiagnosed easily. At present, most cases are reported as individual cases. The authors report two cases of epidermoid cyst of mandible admitted to Yantaishan Hospital and Yantai Stomatological Hospital from January 2007 to December 2021, and analyze their clinical and imaging data, in order to improve the level of understanding on the disease.

摘要： 发生于下颌骨的表皮样囊肿罕见，容易误诊，目前多为病例个案报道。笔者报道2007年1月至2021年12月烟台市烟台山医院和烟台市口腔医院收治的2例下颌骨表皮样囊肿，分析其临床及影像资料，以期提高对本病的认识水平。
