Ultrasound in diagnosis and treatment of tendon diseases of lower extremities

超声诊断和治疗在下肢肌腱病中的应用进展

Abstract: In recent years, the incidence of tendon diseases has increased gradually in professional sportsmen and sports amateurs. Tendon diseases can lead to pain and dysfunction of affected tendons. At present, the clinical diagnosis of tendon diseases usually depends on imaging methods. In recent years, ultrasonic diagnosis and adjuvant therapy have been widely used in patients with tendon diseases. This review briefly summarizes the research progress of ultrasound as an imaging diagnostic tool and auxiliary treatment of tendon diseases of lower extremities. Ultrasound imaging mainly obtains the diagnosis by evaluating tendon thickness, echo, and neovascularization. Ultrasound has good sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of tendon diseases, but there are still deficiencies in the identification of the development stage of tendon diseases. Ultrasound guided clinical treatment is also used in the treatment of many tendon diseases, and is an important direction for further research in the future.

摘要: 近年来,肌腱病在专业体育运动员和业余体育爱好者人群中发病率逐渐升高。肌腱病会导致受累肌腱疼痛和功能障碍。目前临床对于肌腱病的诊断通常需要依靠影像学方法进行。近年来,超声诊断和辅助治疗技术在肌腱病患者中广泛被应用。本综述简要总结了超声技术作为下肢肌腱病影像学诊断工具和辅助下肢肌腱病治疗的研究进展。超声成像主要通过评价肌腱厚度、回声情况和新生血管情况来获取诊断。超声在诊断肌腱病变方面具有良好的灵敏度和特异度,但对于肌腱病变疾病发展阶段的识别仍存在不足。超声下引导的临床治疗也用于许多肌腱病的治疗,这也是今后进一步研究的重要方向。
