Abstract: Objective　To investigate the effect of continuous nursing in the treatment of bromhidrosis by subcutaneous pruning through small incision combined with negative pressure suction and curettage. Methods　Eighty patients with bromhidrosis treated by small incision subcutaneous pruning combined with negative pressure suction and curettage in Outpatient Department, The First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Normal University from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected. According to different nursing measures, the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 40 cases in each group. There were 32 males and 8 females in the observation group, with an age of (25.5 ± 7.1); there were 10 cases of Park grade Ⅱ, 16 cases of grade Ⅲ, and 14 cases of grade Ⅳ. There were 32 males and 8 females in the control group, with an age of (25.2 ± 5.9); there were 11 cases of Park grade Ⅱ, 17 cases of grade Ⅲ, 12 cases of grade Ⅳ. The observation group implemented continuous nursing during the whole perioperative period, while the control group adopted routine nursing. One week after the operation, the patient satisfaction and complications of the two groups were calculated and compared.  Independent-sample t and χ² tests were applied. Results　The total satisfaction of the observation group was 97.5% (39/40), which was significantly higher than that of the control group [82.5% (33/40), with a statistical difference (χ²=5.100, P=0.025). There were only 2 cases of subcutaneous hematoma in the observation group, and the incidence of complications was 5.0% (2/40); there were 5 cases of subcutaneous hematoma, 3 cases of flap necrosis, and 1 case of infection in the control group, and the incidence of complications was 22.5% (9/40); the incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group (χ²=5.165, P=0.023). Conclusion　In the treatment of bromhidrosis by small incision subcutaneous pruning combined with negative pressure suction and curettage, the implementation of continuous nursing in the perioperative period can improve the patients' satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of surgical complications, so it is worth being clinically generalized.

摘要： 目的　探讨延续性护理在小切口皮下修剪联合负压抽吸搔刮术治疗腋臭的应用效果。方法　选取湖南师范大学附属第一医院2020年5月至2021年5月门诊收治的行小切口皮下修剪联合负压抽吸搔刮术治疗的腋臭患者80例。根据患者术后采用不同护理措施分为观察组与对照组，各40例。观察组中男32例，女8例；年龄18～49（25.5±7.1）岁；Park分级：Ⅱ级10例，Ⅲ级16例，Ⅳ级14例。对照组男32例，女8例；年龄16～47（25.2±5.9）岁；Park分级：Ⅱ级11例，Ⅲ级17例，Ⅳ级12例。观察组在整个围手术期实施延续性护理，对照组则采取常规护理，于术后1周采用SPSS 25.0 软件对两组患者满意度及并发症发生情况进行统计和比较。采用独立样本t检验，χ²检验。结果　观察组的总满意度为97.5%（39/40），明显高于对照组的总满意度为82.5%（33/40），差异有统计学意义（χ²=5.100，P=0.025）。观察组术后仅2例皮下血肿，并发症发生率为5.0%（2/40），对照组术后发生5例皮下血肿、3例皮瓣坏死及1例感染，并发症总发生率为22.5%（9/40），观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组（χ²=5.165，P=0.023）。结论　在小切口皮下修剪联合负压抽吸搔刮术治疗腋臭的围手术期实施延续性护理，可提高患者满意度，降低手术并发症的发生率，值得临床推广运用。
