Treatment strategies for shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke

Abstract

Abstract: Stroke has become the first cause of death in China, with high rates of morbidity, mortality, and disability. Stroke patients are often complicated with a variety of complications. Shoulder-hand syndrome is one of the most common complications. Shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke does not only cause swelling and pain and other adverse effects in patients, and also causes limb dysfunction and even deformity. With the continuous development of medical technology, the reports of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke at home and abroad are increasing, but it is lack of consistency and integrity. The treatment for shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke reported in literatures are reviewed in this paper, so as to provide relevant references for the clinical treatment of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.

摘要： 脑卒中已成为我国居民的首位死亡原因，具有高发病率、高死亡率、高致残率等特点。脑卒中患者往往合并多种并发症，肩手综合征是最常见的并发症之一，脑卒中后合并肩手综合征不仅给患者造成患肢肿胀、疼痛等不良影响，更严重的是会造成患肢功能障碍甚至畸形。随着医疗技术的不断发展，国内外对于脑卒中后肩手综合征的报道不断增多，但尚缺乏一致性及整体性，本文就文献中所报道的脑卒中后合并肩手综合征的治疗进行综述，以求在临床治疗脑卒中后合并肩手综合征患者时作相关参考。
