磁敏感成像技术在急性期、超急性期缺血性脑卒中方面的临床应用

Abstract:

Susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) takes the dependence of resting blood oxygen level as the imaging basis and uses different magnetic susceptibility between tissues for imaging. It is highly sensitive to the display of paramagnetic substances such as oxyhemoglobin, methemoglobin, and hemosiderin. In recent years, the clinical application of SWI technology in the imaging diagnosis of central nervous system has gradually expanded, including the imaging diagnosis of brain trauma, stroke, cerebral amyloid angiopathy, venous abnormalities, multiple sclerosis, and brain tumors, especially in the study of pathophysiological mechanism and clinical application of ischemic stroke. SWI technology has significant effects in the clinical diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis evaluation of acute and hyperacute ischemic stroke. This paper gives a summary.

摘要:

磁敏感成像技术以静息态的血氧水平依赖作为成像基础,利用各组织之间的不同磁化率来进行成像,其对氧血红蛋白、正铁血红蛋白以及含铁血黄素等顺磁性物质的显示具有高度敏感性。近年来,磁敏感成像技术在中枢神经系统影像诊断方面的临床应用范围逐渐扩大,包括脑创伤、脑卒中、脑淀粉样血管病、静脉异常、多发性硬化以及脑肿瘤等疾病的影像学诊断,尤其在缺血性脑卒中病理生理学机制研究及临床应用方面受到广泛关注。磁敏感成像技术在急性期、超急性期缺血性脑卒中临床诊断、治疗及预后评估方面的应用效果显著,本文对此进行综述。
