Abstract:

Xiaochaihu Tang is a classic prescription for the treatment of Shaoyang syndrome and heat entering the blood chamber. Professor Wang Jiuyuan has extensive experience in the application of Xiaochaihu Tang in the treatment of hemospermia. Its important pathological mechanism is causing frenetic movement of the blood; elucidating the mechanism will help broaden the thinking of the diagnosis and treatment of spermatozoa disorders.

小柴胡汤是治疗少阳证及热入血室的经典方剂。王久源教授应用小柴胡汤治疗血精症颇有经验，认为相火妄动，循经入室，扰乱精室，迫血妄行是导致血精症产生的重要病理机制，阐明该机理有助于拓宽精室疾患诊疗的思路。
