Abstract:

 Objective　To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Chinese herbal plaster combined with massage in the treatment of infantile constipation by meta-analysis. Methods　The literatures on Chinese herbal plaster combined with massage in the treatment of infantile constipation were searched from CNKI, SinoMed, Wanfang, VIP, Medline, Embase, and the Cochrane Library. The time range was from the establishment of the database to August 2022. The retrieved literatures were screened to obtain studies that could be included in the analysis. After evaluating the bias risk and capturing the required data, the RevMan 5.3 software was used for statistical analysis. Results　A total of 1 527 children were included in 17 clinical studies. The results of meta-analysis showed that the experimental group was superior to the control group in the total effective rate [RR=1.26, 95%CI (1.17, 1.36)], quantitative score of syndromes [MD=-4.19, 95%CI (-4.58, -3.81)], and efficacy maintenance rate during the follow-up period [RR=1.31, 95%CI (1.16, 1.48)]. Conclusions　Chinese herbal plaster combined with massage therapy is effective and safe in the treatment of infantile constipation. The overall quality of the included studies is only common level, and there are some problems such as small sample size and lack of sufficient data for long-term efficacy and safety evaluation. Larger sample and more comprehensive clinical studies are needed in the later stage to strengthen the evidence support.

目的　应用meta分析系统评价中药贴敷配合推拿治疗小儿便秘的临床效果及安全性。方法　计算机检索中国知网（CNKI）、中国生物医学文献服务系统（SinoMed）、万方（Wanfang）、维普（VIP）、Medline、Embase及Cochrane Library等数据库中应用推拿配合贴敷疗法治疗小儿便秘的文献，时间范围自建库起至2022年8月。对检索到的文献进行筛选以获得能够纳入分析的研究，在评估偏倚风险、撷取所需数据后应用RevMan 5.3软件进行统计分析。结果　纳入17个临床研究，总计1 527例受试患儿。meta分析的结果显示试验组在治疗总有效率［RR=1.26，95%CI（1.17，1.36）］、证候量化评分［MD=-4.19，95%CI（-4.58，-3.81）］及随访期的疗效维持率［RR=1.31，95%CI（1.16，1.48）］3个方面均优于对照组。结论　中药贴敷配合推拿疗法治疗小儿便秘的效果显著、安全性好。纳入的研究总体质量一般，且存在样本量偏少、长期疗效和安全性评价缺乏足够数据的问题，后期需要更大样本、更全面的临床研究以加强证据支撑。
