Abstract

Abstract: Fever refers to the temperature ≥37.3 ℃, beyond the normal range; and although the body temperature is within the range < 37.3 ℃, but one has conscious body heat or hotness and other uncomfortable performance. This paper systematically summarized the experience of applying traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of fever. Based on the clinical syndromes high and low fevers and on the main concomitant symptoms, the syndrome basis is provided for syndrome differentiation and treatment, and the efficient prescription mainly based on traditional Chinese medicine is applied.

摘要： 发热一是指体温≥37.3 ℃，超出正常范围；二是虽体温<37.3 ℃，但自觉身热或发烫等不适表现。本文系统总结了应用中医药诊治发热的经验，临证以高热和低热为凭，再结合主要伴随症状为辨证论治提供证候依据，进而运用以经方为主的高效处方。
