Abstract: Primary myelolipoma of the spleen is very rare, and is slightly more common in middle-aged and elderly women. At present, only 2 cases have been reported in China. Radiologists and pathologists have not so much understanding of this disease, and preoperative imaging and postoperative pathology are easy to cause misdiagnosis. This article reports a case of primary myelolipoma of the spleen, which is helpful for us to improve the understanding of this disease.

摘要： 脾脏原发髓脂肪瘤十分罕见，中老年女性略多见，目前国内仅有2例报道，影像学及病理学医生对该疾病的认识相对较少，术前影像及术后病理很容易引起误诊。本文报道1例脾脏原发髓脂肪瘤病例，有助于提高我们对该疾病的认识。
