区域性动脉自旋标记技术在缺血性脑血管病灌注评估中的应用进展

Abstract: Territorial arterial spin labeling (tASL) is a new magnetic resonance brain perfusion imaging technology gradually developed and popularized in recent years. The difference from the whole brain perfusion imaging method is that tASL can selectively label single or multiple blood supply arteries, display blood perfusion information within brain parenchyma area, and determine responsible blood supply arteries. This article reviews the clinical application of tASL in ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.

摘要: 区域性动脉自旋标记(territorial arterial spin labeling,tASL)是近年来逐步发展与推广应用的一种新型磁共振脑灌注成像技术,与全脑灌注影像学成像方法区别在于tASL可选择性标记单支或多支供血动脉,显示脑实质区域范围内的血流灌注信息,可用于判定责任供血动脉、评估脑侧支循环的建立状态以及用于围术期的疗效评价等。本文就tASL在缺血性脑血管病方面的临床应用进行综述。
