光学相干断层扫描血管成像在黄斑病变中的应用进展

Abstract: Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) is a new imaging method using motion contrast to detect blood flow signals, and can provide non-invasive and high-resolution images of the retinal vascular structure in different layers. A series of quantitative metrics obtained through image measurement and calculation are of great guiding significances for the pathogenesis, early diagnosis, and treatment evaluation of diseases. At present, OCTA metrics have been applied in the study of age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, myopic retinopathy, and other retinal diseases as well as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. In this review, we discuss the practical application of OCTA-based retinal vascular stratification in the macular area in research and clinic.

摘要:

光学相干断层扫描血管成像(OCTA)是一种利用运动对比度来检测血流信号的新型成像方式,以此可无创性地提供高分辨率的、不同层次的视网膜血管的结构图像。通过对图像进行测量计算得到的一系列量化指标,对于疾病的发病机理、早期诊断与治疗评估有重大的指导意义。目前OCTA检查已应用于年龄相关性黄斑变性、糖尿病视网膜病变、近视性视网膜病变等视网膜疾病以及心脑血管疾病的研究中。本篇综述拟就基于OCTA的黄斑区视网膜血管分层图像在研究和临床中的实践性应用展开讨论。
