Abstract:

Gastric cancer is one common malignant tumor. The common metastases of patients with advanced gastric cancer include liver, lung, bone, brain, intra-abdominal dissemination, and pelvic planting. However, metastases to prostate, seminal vesicle, and groin after gastrectomy are rare. This paper reports a case of metastases to prostate, seminal vesicle, and groin after gastric adenocarcinoma surgery, describes its diagnosis and treatment, and reviews the relevant literatures.

摘要：

胃癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一。晚期胃癌患者常见的转移有肝、肺、骨、脑、腹腔内播散和盆腔种植等。然而，胃切除术后前列腺、精囊腺和腹股沟的转移却极为罕见。本文报道了1例胃腺癌术后发生前列腺、精囊腺及腹股沟转移的患者，叙述了其诊断和治疗过程，并对相关文献进行了复习。
