Abstract: Objective　To analyze and summarize the inter-laboratory quality assessment results of morphology organized by the National Center for Clinical Laboratories in the past 11 years at Department of Laboratory Medicine, University Town Branch, Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, find the reasons for errors, and propose corresponding rectification measures to improve the staff's morphological inspection ability. Methods　A retrospective analysis was made on the morphological data of the inter-laboratory quality assessment activities in hematology, humoral, and parasitology organized by the National Center for Clinical Laboratories from January 2009 to December 2019 and reported by Department of Laboratory Medicine, University Town Branch, Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The total number of assessments, the number of errors, the error rates, and the coincidence rates of the inter-laboratory quality assessment activities in hematology, humoral and parasitology were calculated. The possible causes of errors were analyzed, and the corresponding rectification and corrective measures were proposed. Results　Among the 326 results of blood cell morphology, the error rate was 5.8% (19/326), and the coincidence rate was 94.2% (307/326). The errors were mainly distributed in the identification of granulocytes and blasts. Among the 158 results of urinary sediment morphology, the error rate was 5.1% (8/158), and the coincidence rate was 94.9% (150/158). The errors were mainly distributed in the identification of urine casts and crystals. Among the 160 results of parasite morphology, the error rate was 3.8% (6/160), and the coincidence rate was 96.3% (154/160). The errors were mainly distributed in the confusion between Fasciola brucei and Fasciola hepatica eggs. Conclusions　In the past 11 years, the results of the inter-laboratory quality assessment activities of morphology in Department of Laboratory Medicine, University Town Branch, Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were satisfactory, and the conformity rate was basically >90%, which met the quality target requirements of the department. Although the morphological inter-laboratory quality assessment method organized by the National Center for Clinical Laboratories is slightly insufficient, but periodically conducting a retrospective analysis of the results, summarizing the causes of errors, and proposing corrective measures will help improve the staff's morphological inspection level.

摘要： 目的　分析并总结过去11年广东省中医院大学城医院检验科在卫生健康委员会临床检验中心组织的形态学室间质评成绩及错误原因，提出相应的整改措施，以提高科室人员形态学检验能力。方法　回顾分析广东省中医院大学城医院检验科在2009年1月至2019年12月国家卫生健康委员会临床检验中心组织的血液学、体液学及寄生虫学室间质评的形态学数据，统计血液学、体液学及寄生虫学的室间质评各自的测评总数、错报数、错报率及符合率，分析错报的可能原因，提出对应的整改纠正措施。结果　血细胞形态的326个结果中，错误率5.8%（19/326），符合率达94.2%（307/326），错误主要分布在粒系及原幼细胞识别。尿沉渣形态的158个结果中，错误率5.1%（8/158），符合率达94.9%（150/158），错误主要分布在尿液管型及结晶识别。寄生虫形态的160个结果中，错误率3.8%（6/160），符合率达96.3%（154/160），错误主要分布在布氏姜片吸虫卵与肝片吸虫卵间的混淆。结论　近11年广东省中医院大学城医院检验科形态学室间质评成绩满意，符合率基本>90%，满足科室质量目标要求。卫生健康委员会临床检验中心组织的形态学室间质评考评方式虽略有不足，但定期对本科室形态学室间质评结果进行回顾性分析，总结错误原因并提出整改措施，有利于提高本科室检验人员形态学检验水平。
