食管癌患者围手术期规范化营养治疗现状

摘要:
食管癌患者是营养不良的高发人群。营养治疗对提高食管癌手术患者手术耐受性、改善临床结局以及患者的生活质量等具有重要意义,而开展规范化的营养治疗更是能及早并有效让食管癌围手术期患者从中获益。本文对食管癌围手术期患者的营养治疗现状、规范化营养治疗的重要性以及规范化营养治疗的具体内容进行综述,并分析不合理应用营养治疗的潜在原因及解决办法,旨在提高临床医护人员对食管癌患者围手术期规范化营养治疗的认识和临床应用力度,以期更好地促进患者术后康复、提高生活质量。
