摘要: 术后并发症会影响患者的术后恢复,良好的术后恢复可以缩短患者住院时间,减少住院费用,增加患者满意度。不同的麻醉方式可能会对患者恢复造成不同影响。吸入麻醉是常用的麻醉方式。七氟烷和地氟烷是两种常用的吸入麻醉药,二者具有不同的药代动力学特性,因此可能会对患者术后恢复质量产生不同的影响。本研究主要对七氟烷和地氟烷与患者术后认知功能障碍(POCD)、呼吸系统并发症、术后恶心呕吐(PONV)、喉咙痛、苏醒等相关性进行综述。
