摘要： 通过分享1例以截瘫为唯一症状的主动脉夹层病例的临床资料，结合相关文献，探讨该病的诊疗思路，减少或避免临床误诊。

Abstract: By sharing the clinical data of 1 case of aortic dissection with paraplegia as the only symptom and combining with relevant literature, the diagnosis and treatment ideas of this disease were discussed to reduce or avoid clinical misdiagnosis.
