摘要/Abstract

摘要：

桥本甲状腺炎以甲状腺特异性自身抗体为特征，是最常见的自身免疫性疾病之一。近年来其患病率急剧增加，并逐渐成为社会所关注的热点话题。这篇文献综述从影响疾病的免疫因素、自噬及凋亡3个方面介绍了桥本甲状腺炎的发病机制，期望能够更深入了解该疾病，从而更好地指导临床工作。

Abstract:

Hashimoto's thyroiditis is characterized by thyroid-specific autoantibodies and is one of the most common autoimmune diseases. In recent years, its prevalence is increasing dramatically and has gradually become a hot topic in the society. This literature review introduces the pathogenesis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis from three aspects: immune factors, autophagy, and apoptosis affecting the disease, hoping to gain a deeper understanding of the disease and to better guide clinical work.
