摘要:

小分子热休克蛋白(small heat shock proteinssHSPs)是众多热休克蛋白(heat shock proteinsHSPs)中的一大类,包括HSPB1HSPB5HSPB6HSPB8等。近来研究表明,它们在许多信号通路扮演关键角色,这些信号通路与肿瘤的发生、抗放疗和凋亡的抑制有着许多联系,尤其是在肿瘤凋亡方面。本文对sHSPs在肿瘤凋亡途径方面予以综述。

Abstract:

Small heat shock proteins (sHSPs) are a large group of many heat shock proteins (HSPs), including HSPB1, HSPB5, HSPB6, and HSPB8. Recent studies have shown that they play key roles in many signaling pathways that have many connections with tumorigenesis, anti-radiation, and apoptosis inhibition, especially in tumor apoptosis. In this paper, the effects of sHSPs on tumor apoptosis pathways are reviewed.
