摘要/Abstract

摘要： 2021年10月24日暨南大学附属广州红十字会医院收治1例急性下壁心肌梗死患者。急诊冠状动脉造影示右冠状动脉近段起完全闭塞并行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗。患者接受治疗后的第5天行心肺运动试验后发生猝死。

Abstract: A patient with acute inferior myocardial infarction was admitted to Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital on October 24, 2021. The emergency coronary angiography showed that there was total occlusion of the proximal right coronary artery, and the percutaneous coronary intervention was performed. On the 5th day after treatment, the patient died suddenly after the cardiopulmonary exercise test.
