摘要: 信号通路在各种生理功能中起着至关重要的作用,钙是调节细胞信号转导的重要元素。钙调节信号通路主要依赖细胞钙离子通道与钙调节蛋白。钙相关调节分子在子宫内膜中表达,响应钙信号的变化从而对子宫内膜功能上动态调节,异常钙调节信号通道也已被证明与多种子宫内膜相关的良恶性肿瘤疾病有关。本综述主要目的是总结子宫内膜中钙调节信号对子宫内膜相关的生理性及病理性变化影响的研究进展。系统阐述女性子宫内膜相关疾病中复杂的钙调控,并对临床治疗有指导意义。

Abstract:

Signaling pathways play crucial roles in various physiological functions, and calcium is an important element in regulating cell signal transduction. Calcium-regulated signaling pathways mainly rely on cellular calcium channels and calcium-modulating proteins. Calcium-related regulatory molecules are expressed in the endometrium and dynamically regulate endometrial function in response to changes in calcium signals. Abnormal calcium-regulated signaling pathways have also been shown to be associated with a variety of endometrial-related benign and malignant tumors. The main purpose of this review is to summarize the research progress on the effects of calcium-regulatory signaling in endometrium on endometrial-related physiological and pathological changes. This paper systematically describes the complex calcium regulation in female endometrial-related diseases, and has guiding significance for clinical treatment.
