摘要: 我国幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染问题仍较严重,目前以抗生素为主的治疗方案仍存在部分不足。研究发现,萝卜硫素(sulforaphane,SFN)这一天然植物活性物质,通过增强机体抗氧化性,抑制Hp生长定植以及对Hp的直接杀伤作用治疗Hp感染,可以提高根除率,减轻不良反应。本文综述了SFN治疗Hp的研究进展,希望为Hp的治疗提供新思路。
