Effect applying steam cleaning machine in cleaning medical instruments provided by other companies such as files

应用蒸汽清洗机对锉刀类外来医疗器械清洗效果的研究

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect applying steam cleaning machine in cleaning medical instruments provided by other companies such as files. Methods Eighty sets of medical instruments received by Jieyang People's Hospital from other companies from March to May 2021 were set as an observation group, and were cleaned by the steam cleaning machine. And eighty sets of medical devices instruments received by Jieyang People's Hospital from September to November 2020 were set as a control group, and were cleaned by ultrasound and high-pressure water gun before machine cleaning. After finishing the cleaning procedure, the cleaning effects of the two groups were evaluated by the visual method and protein residue test. The comparison between groups was performed by χ2 test. Results The qualified rates detected by the visual method and protein residue test in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group [100.00% (80/80) vs. 90% (72/80) and 96.25% (77/80) vs. 86.25% (69/80)], with statistical differences (χ2=8.421 and 5.010; P=0.004 and 0.025). Conclusion The application of steam cleaning machine in cleaning medical instruments provided by other companies such as files can improve the cleaning effect, ensure the safety of medical instruments, and provide references for the improvement of the cleaning operation procedures of such instruments.

摘要: 目的 评价蒸汽清洗机用于清洗锉刀类外来医疗器械的效果。方法 将2021年3月至5月揭阳市人民医院接收锉刀类外来医疗器械80套设为观察组,采用蒸汽清洗机预清洗后上机清洗,2020年9月至11月接收锉刀类外来医疗器80套设为对照组,采用超声清洗加用高压水枪预清洗后上机清洗。完成清洗程序后采用目测法和蛋白残留测试法评价两组器械的清洗效果。组间比较采用χ2检验。结果 观察组用目测法检测合格率、蛋白残留测试法合格率明显高于对照组[100.00%(80/80)比90.00%(72/80)、96.25%(77/80)比86.25%(69/80)],差异均有统计学意义(χ2=8.421、5.010,P=0.004、0.025)。结论 将蒸汽清洗机应用于锉刀类外来医疗器械的清洗可提升清洗效果,保证外来医疗器械的安全,可为完善此类器械清洗操作规程提供参考依据。
