Abstract:

Dizziness/vertigo is a common disease among middle-aged and elderly patients in the department of neurology, outpatient department, or emergency department. According to the characteristics of the elderly, this article expounds the contents of history collection, physical examination, and auxiliary examination in the diagnosis process of dizziness/vertigo, and provides the diagnosis thinking, so as to correctly diagnose and assess the disease.

头晕/眩晕是神经内科或门急诊中老年就诊患者的常见疾病。本文针对老年人的特点，阐述了头晕/眩晕诊断过程中的病史采集、体格检查、辅助检查中需要重点关注的内容，并提供了诊断思路，从而对病情做出正确的诊断与评估。
