Study on the disinfection performance of a hydroxide ion disinfectant

一种氢氧离子消毒液消毒相关性能研究

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the disinfection effect and safety of a kind of hydroxide ion disinfectant whose main active component is potassium carbonate, and to provide data support for its practical application. Methods Combined methods of suspension quantitative killing test, physicochemical analysis method, and toxicological testing were used to observe the disinfection effect, physicochemical indicators, and safety performance of a certain hydroxide ion disinfectant against a variety of pathogenic microorganisms. Results After the disinfection solution acted for 1.0 min, the killing logarithms of Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Staphylococcus aureus in the suspension were all >5.00, and the killing logarithm of Candida albicans in the suspension was >4.00. After 0.5 min of action, the average inactivation logarithm of poliovirus in the suspension was >5.00. The killing logarithms of natural bacteria on wood surface were all >1.00. After the disinfectant stock solution was placed in a 54 ℃ incubator for 14 days, and its efficacy in killing Candida albicans was basically the same after 1.0 min of action. The original solution of this disinfectant had no irritating effects through one skin irritation on damaged skin or multiple irritation tests on undamaged skin, and irritation index of 0.34 for one irritation test on vaginal mucosal of white rabbits. Conclusion The hydroxide ion disinfectant has a rapid killing effect on bacterial propagule, fungi, and viruses, and has no irritating effect on animal skin and mucosa.

摘要:

目的 评价一种主要有效成分为碳酸钾的氢氧离子消毒液的消毒效果和安全性,为该消毒剂的应用提供数据支撑。方法 采用悬液定量杀灭试验、理化试验及毒理学检验相关方法,开展某氢氧离子消毒液对多种病原微生物的杀灭效果、理化指标以及安全性能试验研究。结果 以该消毒液原液作用1.0 min,对悬液内的大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌和金色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值均>5.00,对悬液内白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值>4.00。作用0.5 min,对悬液内脊髓灰质炎病毒的平均灭活对数值>5.00。对木质表面上的自然菌的杀灭对数值均>1.00。该消毒剂原液置54 ℃温箱14 d后,作用1.0 min,对白色念珠菌的杀灭效果稳定,前后基本一致。该消毒液原液对白色家兔1次破损皮肤刺激反应、多次皮肤刺激反应的刺激指数均为0,对1次阴道黏膜刺激的刺激指数为0.34,均属无刺激性。结论 该氢氧离子消毒液性能稳定,对病原微生物均具有快速杀灭效果,对动物皮肤、黏膜无刺激作用。
