Abstract:

Hydatidiform mole can be divided into complete hydatidiform mole and partial hydatidiform mole. Complete hydatidiform mole occasionally occurs in twin pregnancy, and the other twin is a normal live fetus. This article briefly introduces a case of twin pregnancy in Zhuhai Maternal and Health Care Hospital, one of which is complete hydatidiform mole complicated with lung metastasis, and reviews the relevant literatures on the research status of pregnancy with hydatidiform mole in recent years, so as to provide references for clinical work.

摘要：

葡萄胎可分为完全性葡萄胎及部分性葡萄胎。完全性葡萄胎偶发于双胎妊娠，其合并的另一胎为正常活胎。本文通过简要介绍珠海市妇幼保健院1例双胎妊娠之一为完全性葡萄胎伴肺部转移，并回顾相关文献，复习近年来妊娠合并葡萄胎的研究现状，旨在为临床工作提供参考。
