Abstract:

Parkinson's disease 7 (PARK7) gene widely exists in prokaryotes and eukaryotes. PARK7 protein is a functional protein that exists in cells and has a wide range of anti-oxidative stress effects. It mainly involves in neural, reproductive, and cardiovascular diseases and tumors. At present, there are just a few researches on the progress of PARK7 in kidney diseases. This paper mainly focuses on PARK7 gene's structural biology, physiological function, and its relationship with kidney diseases.

摘要:

重组人帕金森蛋白7(PARK7)基因广泛存在于原核及真核生物,PARK7蛋白是一种广泛存在于细胞内的功能蛋白,具有广泛的抗氧化应激作用,报道多见其参与神经、生殖、心血管及肿瘤相关等疾病。目前,关于PARK7在肾脏疾病中的研究进展尚少,本文主要通过对PARK7基因的结构生物学、生理功能及机制进行分析,并阐述PARK7基因与肾脏疾病的关系及其研究进展。
