Abstract: Objective　To explore the application of project-achieving quality control circle in constructing a single-disease-oriented whole processmodel of nursing service, and provide a theoretical support for the single-disease-oriented whole process model of nursing service. Methods　Before the activities, 351 patients with the top 10 diseases admitted to the Department of Rheumatism and Kidney Disease, Central Hospital of Panyu District from November 2018 to April 2019 (before the implementation of quality control circle activities) were selected as a control group, of whom there were 167 males and 184 females, with an age of 56 (44,69) years old. A quality control circle group was set up, "constructing a single-disease-oriented whole-process model of nursing service" was selected as the theme of the activities, and the activities were carried out in accordance with the processof project-achieving quality control circle activities, namely setting goals and conducting feasibility analysis, putting forward plans and determining the best plan, formulating and implementing countermeasures according to the best plan, checking the effects and standardizing management after implementation of all measures, and finally summarizing the activities and putting forward future plans. After the activities, 368 patients with the same diseases admitted to the Department of Rheumatism and Kidney Disease, Central Hospital of Panyu District from December 2019 to May 2020 (after the implementation of quality control circle activities) were selected as an experimental group, of whom there were 168 males and 200 females, with an age of 46 (61,71) years old.The tangible and intangible results before and after the activities were evaluated.Mann-whitney U test was used for comparison of non-normally distributed measurement data between groups, and χ² test was used for comparison of count data between groups. Results　After the quality control circle activities, the score rate of nursing quality, satisfaction score, and length of stay in patients of our department were 92.50% (22 126/23 920), 94.55 (89.09, 98.18) points, and 7 (5, 9) d, respectively, and those were 84.29% (19 231/22 815), 87.27 (78.18, 96.36)points, and 7 (5,10) d respectively before the quality control circle activities; there were statistically significant differences between the two groups (all P<0.05).Before and after the quality control circle activities, the implementation rate of nursing plan and the evaluation score of nurse business round were 47.97% (876/1 826), 70.00 (65.00, 76.00) points and 81.40% (1 558/1 914), 70.00 (65.25, 80.00) points respectively; there were statistically significant differences between the two groups (both P<0.05). In addition, we successfully applied for a science and technology plan project in Panyu District, Guangzhou City, and won multiple awards such as the High-quality Nursing Service Quality Improvement Project, and gained more intangible results. Conclusions　The single- disease-oriented whole-process nursing service model is conducive to improving the patients' nursing quality and satisfaction, reducing the length of stay, and improving the implementation rate of nurses' nursing plan and ability to perform business rounds. The project-oriented quality control circle activities contribute to the improvement of nurses' service awareness, problem-solving ability, and innovation ability, and provide a foundation for the implementation of single-disease-oriented whole-process nursing service model.

摘要： 目的　探讨课题达成型品管圈在构建以单病种为导向的护理服务全过程模式中的应用，为以单病种为导向的护理服务全过程模式提供理论支持。方法　活动前收集广州市番禺区中心医院肾病风湿科2018年11月至2019年4月（实施品管圈活动前）收住入院的前10名单病种患者351例为对照组，其中男167例，女184例，年龄为56（44，69）岁；成立品管圈小组，选定“构建以单病种为导向的护理服务全过程模式”为活动主题，按照课题达成型品管圈的活动步骤开展活动，即设定目标及进行可行性分析，提出方案并确定最佳方案，根据最佳方案制定对策并实施，所有对策实施后进行效果检查及标准化管理，最后对活动进行总结及提出今后的计划。活动后收集广州市番禺区中心医院肾病风湿科2019年12月至2020年5月（实施品管圈活动后）收住入院的同病种患者368例为试验组，其中男168例，女200例，年龄为46（61，71）岁；评价活动前后有形成果和无形成果。非正态分布的计量资料组间比较采用Mann-Whitney U检验，计数资料组间比较采用χ²检验。结果　品管圈活动后，本科患者护理质量得分率、满意度得分、住院天数分别为92.50%（22 126/23 920）、94.55（89.09，98.18）分、7（5，9）d；品管圈活动前分别为84.29%（19 231/22 815）、87.27（78.18，96.36）分、7（5，10）d；两组比较差异有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。品管圈活动前后，护理计划执行率及护士业务查房考核得分分别为47.97%（876/1 826）、70.00（65.00，76.00）分及81.40%（1 558/1 914）、70.00（65.25，80.00）分，两者比较差异有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。此外，成功申报广州市番禺区科技计划项目，获得优质护理服务质量改善项目等多个奖项，收获了较多无形成果。结论　以单病种为导向的护理服务全过程模式有利于提高患者护理质量及满意度，降低住院日，并能提高护士护理计划执行率及业务查房能力；课题达成型品管圈活动有助于护士服务意识、解决问题能力及创新能力等方面的提升，为以单病种为导向的护理服务全过程模式的推行提供基础。
