Abstract:

Objective　To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia after electro-prostatectomy. Methods　A total of 122 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia after electro-prostatectomy at Department of Urology, Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Fuzhou University from February to November 2023 were selected for the randomized controlled trial, and were divided into an observation group and a control group by the random number table method, with 61 cases in each group. The observation group were (66.73±3.38) years old; their disease course was (7.45±1.61) years; their prostate symptom score was (24.08±1.53). The control group were (67.62±3.54) years old; their disease course was (7.21±1.54) years; their prostate symptom score was (23.28±1.41). The control group received routine care, while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application on the basis of the control group, for 5 d. The bladder spasms related indicators, scores of Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and life quality, and satisfaction degrees were compared between the two groups. t and χ² tests were applied. Results　Seventy-two hours after the surgery, the incidence, frequency, and duration of bladder spasms, bladder extubation time, continuous flushing time, and score of VAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical differences (all P<0.05); the score of life quality and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group [(89.90±4.99) vs. (71.00±4.39) and 100.00% (61/61) vs. 93.44% (57/61)], with statistical differences (both P<0.05). Conclusion　Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect and quality of life of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia after electro-prostatectomy.

摘要：

目的　观察中药穴位贴敷对前列腺电切术后良性前列腺增生患者的效果。方法　选取2023年2月至11月福州大学附属省立医院泌尿外科收治的122例前列腺电切术后良性前列腺增生患者进行随机对照试验。采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组，各61例。观察组年龄（66.73±3.38）岁，病程（7.45±1.61）年，前列腺症状评分（24.08±1.53）分。对照组年龄（67.62±3.54）岁，病程（7.21±1.54）年，前列腺症状评分（23.28±1.41）分。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上进行中药穴位贴敷治疗，两组均干预5 d。对比两组膀胱痉挛相关指标、膀胱痉挛视觉模拟疼痛量表（Visual Analogue Scale，VAS）评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度等。采用t检验和χ²检验。结果　术后72 h，观察组膀胱痉挛发生率、发作频次及持续时间、膀胱拔管时间、持续冲洗时间、VAS评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）；观察组生活质量评分、护理满意度高于对照组［（89.90±4.99）分比（71.00±4.39）分、100.00%（61/61）比93.44%（57/61）］，差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。结论　中药穴位贴敷能够提升前列腺电切术后良性前列腺增生患者康复效果，提高患者生活质量。
