急性白血病合并肝结核1例

Abstract

Abstract:

Patients with acute leukemia are immunocompromised and susceptible to a variety of infections that manifest as fever, especially after chemotherapy. Pulmonary tuberculosis is common in patients with acute leukemia, but hepatic tuberculosis is rare. This article reports a case of acute leukemia complicated with post-treatment hepatic tuberculosis admitted to Weihai Municipal Hospital on June 8, 2020, which may help raise the awareness of this disease and avoid delays in treatment.

摘要：

急性白血病患者免疫力低下，尤其在化疗后易合并各种感染而引起发热。急性白血病患者合并肺结核常见，但合并肝结核者少见。本文对2020年6月8日收治于威海市立医院的1例急性白血病治疗后合并肝结核病例进行报道，旨在提高对该类疾病的认识，避免延误治疗。
