Abstract:

Urogenital fistula is defined as an abnormal channel between the urinary and reproductive system. Congenital urogenital fistula is rare. Now we report a case of congenital urethral dysplasia complicated with pseudourethrovaginal fistula in Binzhou Medical University Hospital. The etiology was analyzed, and some urogenital tract abnormalities in similar anatomical locations were identified from this case, which could provide some references for further study of genitourinary system development abnormality.

摘要：

泌尿生殖瘘定义为泌尿系统与生殖系统之间的异常通道，先天性泌尿生殖瘘罕见。现报道滨州医学院附属医院收治的1例先天性尿道发育异常伴“假性尿道阴道瘘”，对其病因学进行分析，并将相似解剖位置的部分泌尿生殖道异常与本病例进行鉴别，或可为泌尿生殖系统发育异常进一步研究提供一定参考。
