Abstract:

Objective　To improve the efficiency of batch number management of anesthetic and psychotropic drugs by quality control circle activities and ensure the rational application of anesthetic and psychotropic drugs. Methods　Quality control circle method was used to improve the efficiency of batch number management of anesthetic and psychotropic drugs through ten steps such as "current situation grasp, cause analysis, countermeasure formulation, implementation review, and standardization". The average daily batch number of anesthetic and psychotropic drugs in Guangdong Women and Children Hospital from May to October 2022 was analyzed, and the average daily batch number issuing rate of anesthetic and psychotropic drugs from May to July was compared with that from August to October by using t test. Results　The average daily batch number issuing rate of anesthetic and psychotropic drugs was increased from 31.47% (62/197.0) in May to 51.31% (186/362.5) from August to October, with a statistically significant difference (t=2.918, P<0.05). The target achievement rate of quality control circle activities was 98.37%, and the progress rate was 63.03%. Conclusion　The application of quality control circle can improve the issuing rate of batch number, reduce the pharmacists' workload, improve the management efficiency of anesthetic and psychotropic drugs, and ensure the quality of pharmaceutical care.

摘要：

目的　运用品管圈提高麻精药品批号管理效率，保障麻精药品合理应用。方法　运用品管圈活动，通过“现状把握、原因分析、对策拟定、实施检讨、标准化”等10大步骤，统计广东省妇幼保健院2022年5月至10月麻精药品每日批号数量，比较5月至7月麻精药品日均批号发出率与8月至10月麻精药品日均批号发出率。采用t检验。结果　日均麻精药品批号发出率由5月份的31.47%（62/197.0），提高至8、9、10月份的51.31%（186/362.5），差异有统计学意义（t=2.918，P<0.05）；品管圈活动目标达成率为98.37%，进步率为63.03%。结论　运用品管圈质量管理方法，提高了批号日均发出率，减少了药师的工作量，提高了麻精药品管理效率，保证了药学服务质量。
