Abstract:

With the change of people's working environment, the number of patients with vertigo caused by cervical spine diseases is increasing gradually, and the age of onset is becoming younger. The etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are not clear, so the related clinical researches change with each passing day, and the treatment methods emerge in an endless stream. In many therapies after baptism, massage therapy is a classic inheritance of the treatment of this disease and is considered effective by doctors and patients. The authors searched numerous literatures related to vertigo. Therefore, the authors summarized the treatment of cervical vertigo based on massage published in the relevant core journals and papers in the past 5 years (2017.06-2022.06), to understand the treatment progress and existing problems of cervical vertigo based on massage, in order to provide clinical basis.

摘要：

随着人们工作环境的改变，颈椎疾患引发眩晕的患者逐渐增多，且发病年龄呈低龄化趋势。究其病因病机尚未清楚，故而相关临床研究日新月异，治疗手段层出不穷。在众多疗法历经洗礼中，推拿疗法是治疗本病的一种经典传承并被医患共同认为是行之有效的方法。笔者搜索眩晕相关文献数量繁多，为此对近5年（2017.06—2022.06）相关核心期刊及硕博论文中以推拿为主治疗颈性眩晕的经验进行归纳总结，了解以推拿为主的颈性眩晕的治疗进展及存在的问题，以期为临床提供依据。
