Abstract:

Primary lumbar intervertebral infection caused by Staphylococcus aureus is rare, and the combination with intracranial infection is rarer. A 64-year-old male patient was admitted to Weihai Central Hospital with nervous system symptoms. The diagnosis was confirmed after physical examination and related auxiliary examinations. After multidisciplinary treatment, the patient achieved good prognosis.

摘要：

金黄色葡萄球菌所致原发性腰椎间隙感染比较少见，同时合并颅内感染更为罕见。本文报道1例64岁中年男性，以神经系统症状首发收治于威海市中心医院，完善查体及相关辅助检查后明确诊断，经多科联合治疗后效果良好。
