Abstract:

Acute leukemia is a malignant clonal disease of hematopoietic stem cells. Leukemic cells proliferate and infiltrate in bone marrow, resulting in inhibition of normal hematopoietic function of bone marrow. At the same time, leukemic cells can also grow and infiltrate in extramedullary tissue. Patients' multiple parts or organs can be involved. The common sites of extramedullary infiltration in acute lymphoblastic leukemia are liver, spleen, lymph nodes, central nervous system, testis and so on. Cardiac infiltration in acute lymphoblastic leukemia is very rare. This paper reports a case of cardiac infiltration in acute lymphoblastic leukemia admitted to Binzhou Medical University Hospital in December 2021, and analyzes the process of diagnosis and treatment, in order to provide some reference for clinic.

摘要：

急性白血病是一种造血干细胞的恶性克隆性疾病，白血病细胞在骨髓中增殖浸润，导致骨髓正常造血功能受抑，同时，白血病细胞亦可以在髓外组织中生长浸润，可累及患者的多个部位或器官。急性淋巴细胞白血病常见的髓外浸润部位主要是肝、脾、淋巴结、中枢神经系统、睾丸等，白血病的心脏浸润极为少见，本文报道滨州医学院附属医院2021年12月收治的1例急性淋巴白血病心脏浸润，并分析其诊疗经过，以期对临床提供一定的参考。
