Abstract:

Desquamative interstitial pneumonia is a relatively rare idiopathic interstitial lung disease, and needs to be confirmed by pathology. There are few domestic case reports, and non-smoking desquamative interstitial pneumonia is even rarer. On July 10, 2019, one case was found by percutaneous lung biopsy in Shanghai Songjiang District Central Hospital. The report is as follows.

脱屑性间质性肺炎是较为罕见的特发性间质性肺病，需要经病理明确，国内个案报道不多，而非吸烟脱屑性间质性肺炎更为少见，2019年7月10日上海市松江区中心医院行经皮肺穿活检发现1例，报道如下。
