Abstract:

Through narrative nursing, a patient with acute stress disorder caused by lovelorn and epilepsy after acoustic neuroma operation was intervened in Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University. The patient's plight was absorbed, explained, and responded to, and the patient's life story was excavated through the core technologies of narrative nursing such as externalization, deconstruction, and rewriting. The patient's life story was guided to reconstruct the meaning of life and disease stories, and the positive self-identity was reshaped. At the same time, through the case, the specific clinical application of narrative nursing in different cases is analyzed, and the clinical application and promotion of narrative nursing are promoted.

摘要：

通过叙事护理对中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院1例听神经瘤术后合并癫痫同时遭受失恋致急性应激障碍患者进行干预，吸收、解释并回应患者的困境，通过外化、解构、改写等叙事护理核心技术对患者的生命故事进行挖掘，引导患者进行生活、疾病故事意义重构，重塑积极正向的自我认同。同时通过案例，解析叙事护理在不同案例的具体应用，促进叙事护理的临床应用与推广。
