Progress in the clinical application of quantitative EEG in cerebrovascular disease

定量脑电图在脑血管病方面的临床应用进展

Abstract:

Quantitative electroencephalogram (QEEG) uses computers to calculate and display EEG activities in time and frequency domains. It has the advantages of non-invasive and real-time, can display subtle EEG changes, and avoids the disadvantages of traditional EEG which is susceptible to subjective factors. The changes of neuroelectrophysiological conduction caused by the damage of neural network in patients with cerebrovascular disease can be recorded by recording the cortical electroencephalogram and summarizing the regularity, and given quantitative treatment. At present, QEEG has certain clinical application advantages in the diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, cerebral hemorrhage, post-stroke depression, and cognitive dysfunction. This paper reviews and reports as follows.

摘要:

定量脑电图(quantitative electroencephalogramQEEG)利用计算机对脑电活动进行时域、频域计算以及显示,具有无创性、实时性等优点,能够显示细微的脑电变化,并规避了传统脑电图易受主观因素影响的不足。脑血管疾病患者由于神经网络受损所引发的神经电生理传导改变,可通过记录皮层脑电图并总结规律性,并给予定量处理。目前,QEEG在缺血性脑血管病、脑出血、卒中后抑郁以及认知功能障碍的诊断以及疗效评估中具有一定的临床应用优势,本文进行综述,汇报如下。
