Abstract: Shoulder pain is a common clinical symptom, and its possible causes of shoulder joint include osteoarthritis, shoulder sleeve related diseases, long head biceps tendon related diseases, glenoid joint instability, and other diseases. In the diagnosis and treatment of shoulder joint pain, shoulder arthroscopy is a commonly used diagnostic and therapeutic technique, and is increasingly used in clinical work. Arthroscopic shoulder surgery requires the use of a large amount of irrigation fluid, which is usually safe, but has an impact on the patients' physiological status and may present with serious complications, such as electrolyte changes and weight changes. This article reviews the research progress in this area.

摘要： 肩痛是常见的临床症状，其可能的肩关节病因包括：骨关节炎、肩袖相关疾病、肱二头肌长头腱相关疾病及肱盂关节不稳等疾病。在肩关节痛的诊疗中，肩关节镜是一种常用的诊断及治疗技术，越来越多地应用于临床工作中。肩关节镜手术需使用大量灌注液，在通常情况下其是安全的，但对患者生理状况会造成影响，并可能出现严重并发症，如电解质变化、体质量变化，本文对此方面的研究进展进行综述。
