Abstract: Nowadays, vessel cognitive impairment (VCI) has become the second leading cause of dementia, and cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD) is recognized as the most common cause of VCI. In clinical practice, the diagnosis of cognitive impairment of cerebrovascular disease (CSVCI) is mainly based on the evaluation of neurological scale and neuroimaging, and the diagnosis is obtained after excluding cognitive impairment caused by other diseases. In recent years, due to the increasingly mature detection technology of hematological markers, many scholars believe that hematological marker detection is a simple and practical detection method, and provides important references for the clinical diagnosis of CSVCI, so as to intervene CSVCI in the early stage. This paper reviews the research progress of CSVCI hematological markers in recent 10 years.
