Detection of bacterial types and antibiotic susceptivity of genital Candidiasis in Guangzhou

广州地区生殖系统念珠菌病的菌型及其体外药敏结果分析

Abstract: Objective To monitor the isolates of genital Candidiasis in Guangzhou from 2013 to 2019, and to evaluate the susceptibilities of 7 antibioitics. Methods Six hundred and forty-nine patients with genital Candidiasis infection treated at Clinic of Sexually Transmitted Diseases, Guangzhou Institute of Dermatology from January 2013 to December 2019 were selected, including 116 males and 533 females, and they were 15-84 years old. The ATB ID32C bioMerieux France and Rosco Disk diffusion method was be used to do the typing and drug sensitivity test of Candidiasis. The susceptibilities for all kinds of Candidasis were compared. Results Among the 649 strains of genital Candidiasis, there were 517 strains of candida albicans (79.66%), 72 strains of candida glabrata (11.09%), 33 strains of candida parapsilosis (5.09%), and 27 strains of other Candidiasis (4.16%). The isolatation rate of candida albicans during these 7 years did not changed obviously (χ2=11.56, P>0.05), that of  candida glabrata increased (χ2=13.72, P<0.05), and those of candida parapsilosis and other candida decreased (χ2=19.28 and 14.76,both P<0.05). The susceptibilities of genital candida to nystatin, ketoconazole, fluconazole, itraconazole, miconazole, and terbinafine were 99.69% (647/649), 85.20% (553/649), 72.57% (471/649), 52.23% (339/649), 34.36% (223/649), 34.98% (227/649), and 8.32% (54/649). Conclusions The genital Candidiasis is candida albicans. Candidiasis has a high drug-susceptibility rate to polyene antibiotics, and is resistant against azoles. Different kinds of Candidiasis have different antibiotic sensitivities.

摘要: 目的 监测2013年至2019年广州地区生殖系统念珠菌分离菌株情况,及其7种抗真菌药物的敏感性趋势。方法 选取2013年1月至2019年12月期间在广州市皮肤病防治所性传播疾病门诊就诊的生殖系统念珠菌病患者共649例,其中男116例,女533例,年龄15~84岁。采用法国梅里埃公司的ATB ID32C酵母菌鉴定反应板鉴定菌种和Rosco纸片扩散法进行体外药敏检测,比较不同菌型念珠菌的药敏趋势。统计学方法采用χ2检验。结果 临床649株生殖系统念珠菌感染患者中白念珠菌517株(79.66%)、光滑念珠菌72株(11.09%)、近平滑念珠菌33株(5.09%)和其他念珠菌27株(4.16%);7年间的年分离率:白念珠菌平缓无变化(χ2=11.56,P>0.05),光滑念珠菌波动性升高、近平滑念珠菌和其他念珠菌均波动性降低(χ2=13.72、19.28、14.76,均P<0.05)。念珠菌对7种药物敏感性为:制霉菌素99.69%(647/649)、酮康唑85.20%(553/649)和氟康唑72.57%(471/649),敏感性较高,而伊曲康唑52.23%(339/649)、咪康唑34.36%(223/649)、嗌康唑34.98%(227/649)和特比奈酚8.32%(54/649)的敏感性低。结论 生殖系统念珠菌病以白念珠菌为主,念珠菌对多烯类药物敏感性高,唑类药物存在交叉耐药,不同菌型的药敏有差异。
