Nrf2激活剂及其抗紫外线所致皮肤急性光损伤和慢性光老化的研究进展

Abstract: Ultraviolet (UV) irradiation produces reactive oxygen species (ROS) and free radicals which are closely related to acute photodamage and chronic photoaging of skin. Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) is an important transcription factor regulating antioxidant stress response. Nrf2 transcriptional activity plays a role in coordinating phase Ⅱ detoxification enzyme, inflammatory signal transduction, DNA repair, and antioxidant response. Nrf2 activator can activate Nrf2 pathway, affect mitogen activated protein kinase (MAPK)/activator protein 1 (AP-1) signaling system, and increase skin barrier protein expression.

摘要: 紫外线(ultraviolet,UV)照射产生活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)及自由基,与皮肤急性光损伤和慢性光老化发生密切相关。核因子E2相关因子2(nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2,Nrf2)是调节抗氧化应激反应的重要转录因子,Nrf2转录活性发挥着协调相解毒酶、炎症信号转导、DNA修复和抗氧化反应的作用。Nrf2激活剂具有激活Nrf2通路、影响丝裂原激活蛋白激酶(mitogen activated protein kinase,MAPK)/激活蛋白-1(Activator protein 1,AP-1)信号系统和增加皮肤屏障蛋白表达等作用。
