Abstract: Objective　To explore the clinical effect applying super sliding guide wires in male patients with difficult catheterization. Methods　The clinical data of 135 male patients who were 40-87 years old and took catheterization under the guidance of super sliding guide wire after conventional catheterization failure from June 2013 to March 2020 at Fujian Provincial Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results　Among the 135 patients, 130 cases were catheterized successfully, with a success rate of 96.3%; and 5 cases underwent cystostomy. No serious complications, such as urethral pseudotract, mucosal tear, and massive hemorrhage, occurred in all the patients. Conclusion　Catheterization guided by a super sliding guide wire is a simple, practical, convenient, safe, and effective method, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.

摘要： 目的　探讨超滑导丝在男性患者导尿困难中的临床应用效果。方法　回顾性分析福建省立医院2013年6月至2020年3月常规导尿失败后135例40～87岁男性患者在超滑导丝引导下导尿的临床资料。结果　135例患者中，130例导尿成功，成功率96.3%，5例行膀胱穿刺造瘘术，所有患者均未出现尿道假道、黏膜撕裂及大出血等严重并发症。结论　超滑导丝引导下导尿是一种简单实用、操作便捷、安全有效的方法，值得临床推广。
