Abstract: Objective　To investigate the current situation of nursing emergency management, to explore the core abilities of emergency rescue nurses, the problems they suffered, the solutions and their self-awareness, and to provide references for public health nursing management. Methods　The objective sampling method was used to select 25 nurses from three different hospitals at Panyu District. The nurses were numbered from 001 to 025, including one male and 24 females. They were 25-50 years old, with an average of 36. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with each nurse. The content of the interviews included the interviewees' recognition, the nursing management in public emergencies, and personal feelings during emergency works. We used the NVivo software to sort and analyzed the data. Results　Through the interviews among the 25 nurses who participated in public emergencies, 4 themes and 6 sub-themes were extracted: the professionalism of the emergency rescue nurses (core competence and selection criteria), the emergency rescue nurses' problems that they had during their work (core issues and concerns; adjustment and response procedure), the emergency rescue nurses' self-awareness (role awareness, personal experience, and experience). Conclusions　The nurses involved in public health emergencies have high requirements for professionalism, but insufficient clinical training. Nurses face conflicts between family and work. They always feel anxiety, fear, and pressure. The work experience changes in stages. They experience the conflict of social roles but find a sense of professional identity finally. Therefore, it is recommended that talent cultivation and the construction of a social support system should be implemented.

摘要： 目的　了解护理应急管理的现状，应急救援护理人员需具备的核心能力、遇到的问题及应对方式、自我认知3个方面，为公共卫生护理管理提供参考依据。方法　采用目的抽样法。于2020年选取在番禺区3家医院工作的25名护士作为研究对象，分别以数字001～025编号，男1名，女24名，年龄25～50岁，平均36岁。分别对每位护士进行半结构访谈，访谈的内容包括访谈对象在护士及护理管理在突发公共事件的认知情况及应急工作中的个人感受。采用NVivo软件对资料进行整理分析。结果　通过对参加突发公共应急事件的25名护士的访谈，共提炼3个主题，6个亚主题：应急救援护理人员的专业素养（核心能力、选拔标准）、应急救援护理人员的工作难题（核心问题及顾虑、调节与应对过程）、应急救援护理人员的自我认知（角色认知、个人经历与体验）。结论　参与突发公共卫生事件的护士的专业素养要求高，但临床培训不足。护士面临家庭、工作的矛盾，普遍存在焦虑、恐惧及压力大，出现社会角色的冲突到找到职业认同感，工作体验呈阶段性变化。因此，建议应落实人才培育及社会支持体系的构建。
