摘要: 急性肺损伤具有高发病率及高病死率,但目前临床尚无对于急性肺损伤的特效治疗措施,因此如何预防和治疗急性肺损伤仍是目前研究的重要课题。精氨酸是健康成年人中尿素、多胺、脯氨酸和其他蛋白质的合成所必要的氮载体,具有免疫调节活性且能够减轻炎性反应的作用,有研究表明,精氨酸通过产生大量一氧化氮等或产生免疫作用预防或治疗肺损伤,为深入了解应用精氨酸治疗肺损伤的研究现状,本文着重探讨精氨酸对肺损伤的保护效应,为临床治疗肺损伤提供新思路。

Abstract: Acute lung injury has a high morbidity and high mortality, but there is no clinically specially effective treatment for acute lung injury, so how to prevent and treat acute lung injury is still important for current research subjects. Arginine is a nitrogen carrier which is necessary for the synthesis of urea, polyamines, proline, and other proteins in healthy adults. It has immunomodulatory activity and can reduce inflammation. Studies have shown that arginine prevents or treats lung injury by producing a large amount of nitric oxide, etc. or producing immune effects. In order to understand the current research status of applying arginine in the treatment of lung injury, this article focuses on the protective effect of arginine on lung injury, and provides new ideas for clinical treatment of lung injury.
